Fortunately I found your site :-) I ran the two recommended defragmenters and in the shrink pop screen I could see an improvement it said I could go down to 60 I had to do it, shrink it by 50 gb, boot defrag it again and then I could shrink it as low as I wanted. Later I tried "gparted live cd" at first it did not work either but it did instruct me to use chkdisk and rebbot 2 times. Thanks Perfect Disk! I downloaded the trial of Perfect Disk 10 which took about 15 minutes to defrag the partition and move the file. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
