Should we wait for a fix? Programming is a very difficult game and you can test something 1000 times without issue and then the first person who tries it has a crash or an error. I know people don't want to hear it but it isn't Microsofts problem if drivers etc have problems but the manufacturer of the hardware who's responsibility it is to sort it please tell me what should i do? have a peek here

I tried this and initially it didn't work. The issue (or lack of one) is with Intel based PCs. This update includes quality improvements for Windows 10 Version 1607, but doesn't bring any new operating system features. Windows media player wont work right. It started out allocating my full 16384MB of ram and when I changed it to the recommended 2907MB for min and max it didn't take. Windows recommends only 1906 MB to be allocated. I have followed your instructions and everything seems to have speeded up very well.

Thank you very much for the advice. Re-instaling Windows 10 from my retail USB is no problem but it's the dreaded 1607 Anniversary part of it I dread because that's the bit I've got to download again and Fix for a problem that caused some phones to finish the initial setup wizard with an incomplete set of app tiles on the Start screen.
