I've reset IE8 and IE7 to all default settings and I've uninstalled many add-ons and toolbars figuring that would fix the issue. Also the favorites bar needs to be able to be placed to the **RIGHT** of the command bar, you can only do it the backwards way! >__> I'm not going to I'd really like to move my favorites to the right of that.
