Deleting "SuppressPerfBarUntil" key will reset the launch time of add-ons performance advisor popup message and it'll appear automatically as soon as you launch IE window. That nag alone would be enough to not use IE except that we use Sharepoint at work and that doesn't really work properly in other browsers.
