I'm almost positive that NDIS.sys file has to do with my networking like some of you suggested. BUT! I am using Autoruns v10.07, it shows more items with "file not found" than the previous version, like 8.xx. They have had a few cases where they have spontaneously rebooted.

The second file seems related to a DVD drive. Then I noticed pogo.com was doing the same thing.I did a little bit of research and I checked to see if the capacitors on my motherboard were failing, but they look Data: 0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 54 00 ......T. 0008: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........ 0010: 01 00 0c c0 17 00 00 e0 ...Ã...Ã I rebooted and tried loading soulseek once more, and the entire error was the same except for that one bold number which changed to a 5 instead.
