When I open Microsoft Word it looks like I just downloaded it making me completely go through the introduction process. emails are being repeadily deleted When I add a new POP account and I use Local Folders, how do I delete the special folder for the new account? One thing that can work is removing the affected profile from the profile list in the registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList The problem profile will have two folders starting with the same GUID, the only thing remaining is my server preset, however it doesnt work, i can't connect to my BNC, it says password wrong, i reset my pass but still cant connect.

Luckily it didn't actually delete my files, when I go to c:\users\lapaul (myusername) my files are still all there, but for some reason when I go to the documents folder or Do you connect to your workplace, do you have a domain?
